My name is Naomi Lasco. I am a free-lance photographer based out of Buffalo NY.
I didn’t always wanna be a photographer…I wanted to be a Lawyer, till I learned that way too much reading was involved, way more than I wanted to do. So I went to Nursing school…soon learned, I didn’t like Doctors. They are really mean. (to me at least)
After being very confused about what to do with my life, I decided to enroll back in school. With two kids, and now at this point in my life an Ex-Husband to. I figured now really was not the time for a career change, so not having a clue what i was going back to school for a just started taking General Education classes, one was Photography 101…I remembered back in High School how much I LOVED my 35 mm film camera! I know, I said it…film. Now with the times changing, I learned a whole new way of Photography. Granted, I still LOVE 35mm film photography, the digital age made it challenging. I was hooked. I took pictures of everything! Then I started writing about them. I met a lot of really great people. They encouraged me to explore what they thought to be a talent deep within me. So i started to dabble, and now here i am. I have moved a lot and am now finally putting roots down in Buffalo, NY. I love to travel. I am often traveling in the summer, if the shoot has my interest.
I love flowers, trees, plants…everything outside pretty much you will notice a lot of my photos reflect this love of mine. With that being said I have also been attempting to start a non-profit group in South Buffalo, teaching children to grow food and garden. Guess it’s what I do to relax. Well with all that being said you can tell I love what I do.
I have been getting into Costume Photography... if you would like to inquire about my services email me...I have a base rate which is affordable...60 minutes with me will cost $150.00...however "Pin Up/ Super Sexy" shoots...start at $250.00... thats all edited internet n print ready images on CD...print packages are an option as well...see below prices.
